Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting NoodleDude PMVs (“we,” “our,” “us”). Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website located at
1. Data Controller
NoodleDude PMVs is the data controller for personal data processed through the Site. Contact details and other ways to reach us are listed at the end of this policy and in our Complaint Resolution Procedure.
2. Information We Collect
When you use the Site, we may collect and process the following categories of personal information:
- Account Information. Your username, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and optional display name.
- Date of Birth. A date of birth is required when creating an account so that we can confirm you meet our minimum-age requirement, consistent with our Age Verification Policy.
- Account Personalization Content (optional). You may provide optional content to personalize your own account view (for example, an uploaded profile image). Such content, where stored on our content delivery infrastructure, is displayed only to you on your own profile page. We do not display it to other users, share it, or sub-license it.
- Discord User ID (optional). You may choose to link a Discord User ID for community and tier-management features. Where you do so, certain limited account information may be exchanged with Discord under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Authentication and Session Data. We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to operate the Site (for example, a session token). These cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function.
- Payment and Subscription Data. If you purchase a subscription or other paid service, you are directed to a third-party payment processor that we use at the time of the transaction. The processor collects your payment details (such as your card number, billing address, and other information it requires) directly under its own privacy policy; we do not collect or store those payment details. We receive from the processor only the limited transaction information needed to operate your account, such as an order identifier, the plan or product purchased, the transaction status, and the email address associated with the purchase. We may also receive webhook notifications from the processor about renewals, cancellations, chargebacks, and similar events.
- Support and Report Data. When you submit a report, flag a clip, or contact support, we receive the content of your message together with any information you choose to provide (such as URLs, timestamps, and contact details). Support communications may be processed through a third-party ticketing tool acting on our behalf.
- Usage and Analytics Data. We use a privacy-conscious analytics provider to understand how the Site is used (for example, pages viewed and feature interactions). This may include device, browser, approximate location (derived from IP), and event metadata. We do not use this data to track you across unrelated websites.
- Technical Data and IP Address. We process your IP address and basic technical request information for routine operation of the Site, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and to enforce the regional access restrictions described in our Age Verification Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected personal data from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing (EEA / UK Users)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases for processing your personal data are:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to create and operate your account, deliver paid services, and provide customer support.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)©) — for example, to verify that users meet our minimum-age requirement and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, understand how the Site is used in aggregate, and improve our services. We balance these interests against your rights and freedoms.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where we ask you to opt in to a specific use, such as optional communications.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- Account Management. To create, manage, and maintain your account.
- Age Verification and Regional Compliance. To confirm that users meet our minimum-age requirement and to enforce the regional access restrictions described in our Age Verification Policy.
- Communications. To communicate with you regarding your account, transactional updates, security notices, and (where applicable) optional updates you have opted in to receive. Transactional email may be delivered via a third-party email provider acting on our behalf.
- Customer Support and Reports. To respond to your inquiries, support tickets, and reports submitted under our Complaint Resolution Procedure.
- Community Engagement. To connect and communicate with you via Discord, if you have provided a Discord User ID.
- Site Security and Abuse Prevention. To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Compliance. To comply with legal obligations, including takedown obligations under our DMCA Policy, our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement, and applicable non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) laws, and to protect our legal rights.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers. With third-party service providers that operate the Site on our behalf, including content delivery, hosting, transactional email, support ticketing, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to use your personal data only as instructed by us and to protect it appropriately.
- Payment Processors. Where you make a purchase, the payment processor used at the time of the transaction acts as an independent controller of your payment information under its own privacy policy. The current processor or processors are identified on our checkout pages or in the documentation linked from them. We share with the processor only the information necessary to enable the transaction.
- Discord. Where you choose to link Discord, certain limited account information may be exchanged with Discord under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Legal Requirements. Where required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including for purposes of age-verification compliance, NCII compliance, or other safety matters described in our linked policies.
6. International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism. Details are available on request.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations (for example, age-verification and tax records), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the data.
You can delete your account at any time from within your account settings, or by contacting info@noodledude.io. On deletion, your account and associated profile information (including any Account Personalization Content) are removed, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain data for a limited period.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Deletion — to request that we delete your personal data.
- Restriction — to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection — to object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@noodledude.io. If you are in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, that authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each website you visit.
11. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
If you believe imagery depicting you has been used without your consent, please follow the process described in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement and email takedown@noodledude.io.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, we will provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
